The staff here are fine, no problems in that area. HOWEVER, this is the second time in a row that I have come to this store and basic ingredients are unavailable due to ‘supply chain issues’. The first time (no sour cream), I was willing to let it slide. The second time it’s now no sour cream and no avocado!
These are included in the price of the food I am paying for. Therefore I am paying for something I am not receiving. Not a single other zambrero seems to be missing core ingredients due to ‘supply chain issues’, and there is no current shortage of any sort on avocado or sour cream. I can’t think of any reasonable excuse for this.

Tasty burritos, but really poor service. I have worked in fast food and understand that it can be stressful and mundane, but its not that hard to greet customers so they don't have to awkwardly try and get the attention of staff (this should be the first thing staff are trained on). I arrived to pick up my order, let the staff member know and she said it was being prepared. After preparing it, my order was placed on the back counter, and staff continued serving other customers. I again had to wait several minutes until a staff member acknowledged me so I could ask for my order that I could see was ready. A really tense and uncomfortable experience, next time will just get uber eats so I can save myself the social anxiety...

Had a few average experiences here. Tonight was the nail in the coffin.
For some reason the toppings (salads) weren’t refilled and scraps of what was left was put into mine & my mates burritos/bowls. Mind you this is at 6pm and no one else was in the shop ordering. So our serving sizes were much smaller than what they were suppose to be. It wasn’t until my last friend ordered that I went up and asked why they hadn’t been topped up. They had no answer and went out the back and got more, a 20 second job.
Later that night my mate threw his guts up vomiting. He didn’t eat anything after the burrito that night. Go figure. If they can’t top their salads up I’d be surprised if they took care of their meat.
