We are on holiday here and its our 3rd day. We'd passed the shop and decided to go and buy something nice on our way home. We'd seen the hours were until 5pm so we made sure and got there for 4:40. As I parked the car two people came out with bags but when we got there the door had been locked. We noticed that it now says 16:50 on the door instead of the 5pm on google but it was still before 16:45 when we got to the door. I tried it twice and could see someone behind the counter. Today I witnessed the Customer in front of me get the most horrible service I’ve ever seen in my life in a hospitality environment. (This was around 9:50 am).

The young lady that was serving got aggressive over the man asking about the pricing- upon him paying she threw one of his coins so hard at the wall behind her she left a literal indent in the wall!! There was even a young child with him!!!

I felt literally scared for my own safety and had to walk away along with others disgusted in this young girls attitude & behaviour & ended up going elsewhere to get some food.
