Casino RSM Club — Restaurant in Casino

Over the weekend as a visitor to Casino I enjoyed a couple of visits to the RSM Club but on Monday during a visit to the gaming room I was disgusted and appalled by the behaviour of a female guest who used disgusting language for over 2 hours which the staff ignored. When fianally asked to quieten by one staff member she continually screamed for the manager and stated " they won't throw me out I spend too much money here " A local also at the Club stated " this is normal behaviour of this woman when she visits the gaming room.". I'm sure if I behaved in the same manner I would be removed immediately. Why was this lady allowed to behave in such a manner and allowed to stay. I advised staff on leaving.. one of who saw this women's obnoxious behaviour.. who said I should have made a complaint.!! Had a great night catching up with great friends. 5* goes to the entertainment they had there watching on Friday 18•03•22 . Also my Thai salad was fresh & delicious but be prepare to wait but like I said the place was super busy. Bringing back some flash back old school Country Music similar that we use to do dances to as kids in Primary School, remember the good old Heel & Toe dance. Steak from the Beef Capital should be spot on. Unfortunately it was not. Sent it back and it was slightly better the second time around. ‘Signature’ kebabs should be something to be proud of. They were not. Meat was a bluey green colour. Presentation means nothing if it is unpalatable. Positives were the sides, brilliant fried rice and noodle salad and a wonderful young gentleman with glasses immediately apologised and offered a refund after a lengthy back and forth with the chef who wanted to charge me because I ate the sides?!?!
