KFC Casino — Restaurant in Casino

Ordered a wrap from here and a entire box meal for my family over a week ago and had half a plastic glove in the wrap and my young child could have eaten it I didn’t notice won’t be buying from here again shards of metal in the chicken and popcorn chicken and inside my child’s kids meal !! Tops of can of coke smelled like petrol or methane spirits so didn’t drink those either and reported the situation with a team member at the store but never again yes half a glove could have been in wrap accidentally and shard of metal could have been in my child’s kids meal via accident but never the less you can’t miss half a glove or shards of metal from a scrub brush in a wrap or child’s meal paid $40 for my family and couldn’t even eat the food I was offered a replacement which I wasn’t interested in for obvious reasons fully traumatised and won’t be buying food from kfc again after this terrifying experience this should have never happened I’m beyond lucky I checked the meal before myself or my child ate otherwise we would both be in hospital especially with a young child I did call the store and explained my situation and that I had no way to attend back but this is beyond terrifying and I honestly have no idea how this could happen won’t be risking...

Being into my health and fitness I barely ever let loose and eat fast food. Today my partner and I stopped into KFC in Casino and I am absolutely speechless. That was the most APPALLING excuse for a restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Every reflective surface had thousands of greasy finger prints, upon walking in, the floors were so dirty I could feel my shoes sticking to the floor, I couldn’t read the self service screen because of how dirty it was. The male restroom had PISS and everywhere, shit on the toilet seat and I felt uncomfortable just opening the door. The female rest room and the disabled toilets were much slightly better but neither had any toilet paper or hand towel.

The staff were all miserable, overweight and sweaty and had absolutely no communication skills what so ever, and when I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided “we’re here now, let’s just order”. We got back to our car to realise none of our order was correct and both our drinks were hot. Absolute joke, we will be reporting...

This restaurant is disgustingly filthy and in dire need of a deep clean. The tables and chairs have caked on residue from years of not being cleaned properly and the toilets, well on opening the door, you’re smacked in the face with a stench of stale urine. The bathrooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Mentioned my concerns to the manager within earshot of another staff member, when we were sitting there eating our at the only cleanish table, could clearly overhear the staff saying “I’m not going in there, they stink!” along with discussing other things I’d discussed with the manager.

The food was literally slapped together and looked like it was thrown into the bag from the other end of the restaurant the burger was unwrapped and topping strewn throughout the bag.

I have stopped in her three times a year for the past five years whilst travelling through to QLD, it’s not gotten any better and it’s the same issue every time.
