A BIG shout out to the Owner/Manager of this amazing bakery who went above and beyond with customer service. I am based in Perth and am planning travel logistics for one of my Managers around remote QLD/NT. He absolutely LOVES their vanilla slices, and was distraught to work out he wasn't going to arrive into Charleville to get some before they closed. I called the Bakery and asked if I could order some and pay for them and have them delivered to his accommodation, and he DID!!! My Manager was super stoked - they went down a treat. We stopped in on our way out of town, around 7:30am. We both got a brekky wrap with hollandaise and good lawd it was delicious. Best Brekky wrap we have ever had. Creamy, fluffy, flavoursome. Add to this, the yummiest iced mocha and flat white we had had throughout our two week road trip. Everything else looked delicious. It was very busy in there.. clearly popular with the locals.
