E'Claires Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Cootamundra

Absolutely terrible food you just can't' dish up food that's burnt or under cooked. Hot drinks okay but a bit hit and miss. Too much competition in Cootamundra now and much better options available. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Wasn't a one off bad occasion at Eclairs it was one of many not very good ones. It's also very noisy particularly when staff are making milk shakes and things and the staff very rarely crack a smile and not a nice atmosphere. Food is quite expensive for what it is particularly the cakes and when food isn't prepared appropriately its not worth paying your hard...

I wish there was a bit of consistency with the food and prices. I've gotten the same wrap 2 weeks in a row and last week was HUGE, loaded with some great stuff (seriously stuff to the point of coming apart) and $10! Got the same wrap yesterday and barely had anything in it, absolutely stingy and was $12! This has happened before but didn't think much of it until I had to dig through the bottom of my bag for $2 as I had $10 our and ready to pay. Frustrating but the food, overall, is good. Absolutely disgusting, over cooked dry food served.

I would be ashamed to serve the meals which were served on 4.06.2025.

Made a complaint and was offered a refund. Then denied.

I doubt that chickens would have eaten what was served. The dog didn't.

Please don't waste your money. Much nicer places to eat in...
