Marissa's Espresso — Restaurant in Dalby

Anzac day 24... This used to be a regular stop for coffee when driving out of work. Stoped yesterday for 1 x med flat with an extra shot, a piccolo and 2 rather delicious Cruffins. The coffee was excellent and so were the snacks, however !! $28.80 I know there was 15% surcharge as it was a public holiday but... I have to say I was stunned 😲 I asked if the toilets were open and was told they were. Now THAT was a nasty experience. I did have my phone on me , not necessary when going to the toilet!! But I wish I had... the toilet is broken, and I MEAN broken, the pedestal is totally smashed , the toilet itself hadn't been cleaned since I don't know when, bin over flowing with used paper towels, sink was dirty and the door does not close properly. When I told the young lady behind the counter that ' someone needs to go and do something about the toilets she looked at me as though I was mad. Got to the store on Saturday about 130. There was only one order in front of my order for 2 regular f/w's, The customer and the employee were obviously good friends and proceeded to converse about how much she hated being at work today and that she was only there to her 8 hours for the day. After this ruffly 10m wait im getting a little impatient, but still just waiting. To further this another mate shows up and they converse further, while no work being done.so I have had to jump on the conversation to remind the employee I am still awaiting my coffee's, to this my coffee takes around 2mins to completed. After I get back to my car the coffee is cold with no sugar as requested. Would not go again after...

The food is amazing here and I keep forgetting to take pics because I’m too busy trying to shovel the food in! Coffee is superb! It also does amazing hot box takeaway food like eggs benny wrap and big brekkie wraps! Freshly made and topped up consistently as they just fly out the door, or rather front window. At Marissa’s you order food and drinks in the front shop window whether you are eating in or taking away. There is seating inside and outside and outside there is a station to tie up you dog with a water bowl available.
