McDonald's — Restaurant in Deniliquin

Sunday 14th September, after a 7hour drive stopped in store for a coffee . Late at night, last shift. Had trouble with my app and spoke to the teen(girl) at the counter. The problem wasn't resolved and she stopped to flirt with 2 other male customers. I just observed her behaviour and waited till she could get back to me and resolve my issue. She could of resolved the issue with minimal effort, it wasnt as if she was splitting the atom. After a 7hour drive and a further 5 hours to go, just wanted my coffee and get back on the road. It was bizarre, she totally ignored me and proceeded to the back of the store to have a chat with her co workers . I was absolutely invisible to her, it was appalling. I must of been wearing my invisibility cloak. I can honestly say , in my lifetime rarely come across suçh disgusting service. The guy on the drive through was busy but picked up her slack and after 15min in the store, blessed me with my long awaited coffee. The girl still nowhere to be seen. If I was a male, It would of been a completely different situation. First time in my 57 years of life have I felt so disgusted, that I felt compelled to leave a review. Believe me, if I ever visit Denniliquin Mcdonalds again and saw her at the counter, I'm legging it straight out of that store. I refuse to be so disrespected and have to wait a pathetic 15min for a simple coffee. I think management needs to put this girl with some training. I believe she is totally oblivious to what...

Kind of sick of going to maccas and them messing our orders up. I worked there I get that in rushes it can get stressful at times and you can make some mistakes but it’s the little things that are apart of your job to check if it’s right. Like for instants if somebody orders sauce you can read that they have requested that so don’t be lazy and just not chuck it in the bag. Also we ordered our food and the person on drive thru told us our order to make sure it is correct but the people in kitchen still managed to mess it up, guys it is literally on the screen just follow the instructions! And they can’t say it was because they were stressed out and in a rush… it was 9:10pm and were the only people in the drive thru. Normally I would just let this slide but it’s happening way more often than it should and I’m getting tired of paying for things that arent what I ordered. And not to mention how messy the place is and how rude the staff can be...

Terrible. I understand McDonalds is not fine dining and its offensive to refer to them as a restaurany but my advice, Subway is up the road order from there.

We ordered on the create your taste, nothing complicated just 2 meals (one was a salad) and an apple pie.

Waited for 10-15 minutes while the staff spent their time talking to their friends who had turned up for a chat, meanwhile our order sat waiting for anything to be done. All the while one of their friends had purched their butt on the counter where customers food/meals are placed and staff made no effort to wipe down the counter once he got down.

When social hour was over and the food was prepared part of the order was missing and had to ask for the second chips, sat at the table to find the salad had no dressing and there was no fork.
