Bakery cafe — Restaurant in Denmark

I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered scrambled eggs but was served raw eggs on toast instead. To get the correct order, I had to pay an additional $36, while the original (incorrect) dish went to waste. When I brought this up to the manager, their attitude was unprofessional—they simply deflected blame onto their staff without offering an apology or a refund. We looooooved this place. We grabbed a coffee at 6 am at the bakery and waited until 7 am when the café opened. We ordered the best buttery scrambled eggs I had ever tried. Additionally, we ordered the beef pie and, for dessert, the caramel slice (so tasty) and the lemon pie. We forgot to order the crepes, but I’m sure they are worth trying! The staff here were superb. The girls at the counter did their absolute best to make it a good experience and gave us a nice coffee. The food was decent relative to others we’ve had in Denmark.
