A Morning Delight at Beess&Co Café
Nestled in the charming town of Yalumba, Beess&Co Café promises an exceptional start to your day with its delightful blend of artisanal coffee and sumptuous breakfast offerings. Having visited this gem multiple times, I'm consistently impressed by both the quality of the food and the inviting atmosphere.
Atmosphere and Ambiance: Beess&Co Café exudes a cozy, welcoming vibe. The interior is tastefully decorated with warm earth tones, wooden accents, and plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows. The seating is a mix of comfortable booths and charming bistro tables, catering to both solo visitors and groups.
Coffee: The coffee at Beess&Co Café is nothing short of extraordinary. They source their beans from a local roastery, ensuring that each cup is fresh and bursting with flavor. Whether you prefer a robust espresso, a creamy latte, or a classic drip coffee, the baristas here craft each beverage with precision and care. I highly recommend the Café Mocha, which balances rich chocolate with bold espresso, topped with a frothy layer of milk foam.
Breakfast Menu: The breakfast menu at Beess&Co Café is a delightful array of classic and innovative dishes, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. Here are a few standouts:
Avocado Toast: A modern favorite, their avocado toast features perfectly ripe avocado spread on hearty multigrain bread, garnished with cherry tomatoes, radishes, microgreens, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. The combination of textures and flavors is both refreshing and satisfying.
Classic Pancakes: Fluffy and golden, these pancakes are a breakfast dream. Served with a generous pat of butter and a side of warm maple syrup, they are the epitome of comfort food. You can also add fresh berries or chocolate chips for an extra treat.
Eggs Benedict: A traditional breakfast staple, Beess&Co Café’s Eggs Benedict is exemplary. The poached eggs are perfectly cooked, with runny yolks that mix beautifully with the rich, creamy hollandaise sauce. Served on a toasted English muffin with Canadian bacon and a side of home fries, it’s a must-try.
Veggie Omelette: For those seeking a healthier option, the Veggie Omelette is packed with fresh vegetables, including spinach, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, all folded into fluffy eggs and topped with a sprinkle of cheese. It’s served with a side of mixed greens or toast.
Service: The service at Beess&Co Café is consistently outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile, and the servers are knowledgeable about the menu, often offering helpful...
Read moreMy morning trip to Beess & Co Cafe was a delightful way to start the day post-gym. The cafe was comfortably uncrowded, allowing us to snag the perfect window seat.
We ordered the Blueberry and Ricotta Hotcakes and decided to customize our meal with a side of their cheesy house-made hash browns, normally an element of their Eggs Benedict. The staff were more than accommodating.
Coffee arrived in no time—I had an iced caramel latte, and my companion had a flat white on almond milk. Both were executed perfectly. But the real star of the show was the food. The presentation was impeccable, almost too beautiful to eat. The hotcakes were a heavenly blend of sweet and savory, and those hash browns? Absolutely delicious.
The service was attentive and considerate throughout our visit. We left with plans to return and explore more of their menu. Beess & Co Cafe in Yarralumla really does go above and beyond to offer a premium dining experience. Highly...
Read moreCame here because of high rating. Great customer service from all staff, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful setting, plenty of outdoor seating, natural shade and lots of parking.
Why 3 stars? Food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, the toast was undercooked and near cold. The eggs were also barely lukewarm. Hash brown and bacon were hot (so they probably had to wait for those), which were delicious, but it was a disappointing amount of bacon.
Due to the wait, I didn't mention anything to the staff, because I didn't want to wait even longer to eat. I understand that's not fair to the cafe (not giving them a chance to rectify), however that's how the service industry goes; best foot forward at all times.
I'll be back, and hoping that today was an anomaly. Customer service, location/setting, and food taste are great... just need to work on food timing and...
