I recently dined at SushiTen in Canberra, and it was an exceptional experience. I started with the tonkotsu ramen, which was nothing short of amazing. The broth was rich and flavorful, with the perfect balance of depth and umami, complemented by tender noodles and succulent slices of pork.

My partner had the donburi rice bowl, which was equally delightful. The rice was perfectly seasoned, and the toppings were fresh and well-prepared, making for a satisfying and hearty meal.

The sushi was some of the best I’ve had in Canberra, with large, beautifully crafted pieces. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the rice was expertly seasoned, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that left me wanting more.

They serve complimentary miso soup as we waited for our mains ☺️! A wonderful addition to our experience.

My company and I ordered the jumbo pork katsu and the chicken katsu. Both of these were so perfectly crumbed and cooked; it was easy to chew into, and had a really satisfying crunch.

The staff went out of their way to assist my company and I with cutting the jumbo pork katsu. 🥹 We really appreciated the gesture as it allowed for us to eat our meals while it was hot.
