My parents stopped in for a coffee in november of this year. My mother who suffers from a disability effecting the motor nerves in her hands asked for a latte in a mug, as she struggles with holding a hot glass. This was very clearly and politely explained to an extremely disinterested waitress. When she returned with the beverages my mother's drink was noisily dropped in front of her, and it was abruptly explained to her "We don't put lattes in mugs here". I am absolutely horrified at this level of service and have attempted to call several times to speak to manager during business hours, but they do not seem to be capable of answering the phone or training staff to be polite...

Barista was on his phone and ignored me for a good few minutes - no one else around - I ordered a soy chai and double checked the barista was using soy milk as I am dairy intolerant - the only milk carton I saw behind the counter was definitely cows milk, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He gave me a grunt/yes that it was soy. More fool me 😂 don’t bother with this place - café around the corner or at Griffith shops...
