Unfortunately KFC headquarters have blocked my online account stating multiple chargebacks and I cannot get a new account as it is tied to my phone and emails. This is untrue and I am trying to get to the bottom of the fraud i only had one chargeback due to incorrectly ordering from the Woden store when I was at this store. But "KFC help" refuse to do anything about the fraud. I have emailed KFC hq and chatted to phone and facebook support and they treat me like a criminal for getting a 9 dollar refund after paying the wrong store in the app. I have not had multiple chargebacks and been ordering from here often more that once a week for 20 years. I Have not been able to order kfc for almost 2 months now and support will not assist with this fraud. I hope someone at this store can help perhaps the owner as they are being robbed of my multiple orders per week. I mentioned some unusual orders and activity on my email account on kfc partner account for Tacobell in California. Poor Customer Service
Due to the circumstances of the world we decided to order KFC, via Deliveroo, from this store twice. Last Friday and then again last night. When we ordered last week we had items missing. Last night we, once again, had items missing. That is a 100% strike rate thus far. Look, all I want is to be given a credit for something I have paid for, and I want little fuss. The issue with last Friday's delivery was rectified straight away, by a staff member at KFC and last night it was too, with Deliveroo. My issue is with the young man who took my complaint at KFC last night.
His customer service and his applauding manner is NOT acceptable. While there are millions of people desperate for work, this young man may want to consider different employment or pull his head in and get on with providing a service.
I am not willing to take this attitude and behaviours, there is no room for this ANYMORE. This young man should be aware of the ways to build relationships with his customers. No doubt his doting parents made him the centre of the world, but his self-centred ways is not welcomed in the workforce. Crucial and timely feedback on his phone manner was not...

Been to the Fyshwick store multiple times, and it is a 50/50 chance that my order will be wrong, or take 20 minutes to receive a single order. Ever since 2014, orders, drivethrough or in store take much longer than they should, or miss items. I write this tonight after having to wait 15 minutes for an order with friends, 2 of which were wrong, and everyone had at least a few chips that were still half frozen. Being the closest KFC for at least another 20-30 minutes, it saddens me to see how broken down this establishment is. Everyone there seems to be under the age of 15 with no care for any form of customer service. 0/10 avoid at all costs, it seems not a single person cares about this place and it's standards, it is worth the wait to drive to another location and get some better...
