Nassis Snack Bar — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

While having my car serviced in Fyshwick, I came across this place to get a bite to eat for lunch, support these guys instead of heading over to McDonalds, I thought. Brought a burger and drink and grabbed one previous days newspapers that were located at the bottom of the newspaper stand in a plastic container. Ate my lunch and flicked through the sports section. I put the rubbish in the bin and went to leave when I was yelled at by the lady behind the counter for not returning the paper. After her rant I told her it was yesterday's paper. No apology. Just ate the worst burger I have ever had in my life, dry bread barely a sliver of bacon old pineapple.. I'm not even sure if the beef was beef but it resembles cardboard very poor small hamburger for the price i paid and i sat in store to eat it. Also bought fish that was dry and barely warm ,most likely been sitting there for a while, was unable to complain as I don't think they understood my attempts at communication but are quick to take your money.. Terrible food. Grease laden. Over cooked. Stale bread. Hot dog was poorly cooked and seemed more like cabanossie. Chicken schnitzel seemed to have been cooked repeatedly.
