Jimmy's Palace — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

The pricing is far from worth the amount we pay for. My meal that I ordered arrived wrong/missing. With a chronic medical condition, you use these services like Uber Eats, because it’s accessible and easy. Unfortunately I received the wrong items. And I understand this can happen from time to time which I’m so kind to that matter. However, when I rang the restaurant, A man answered the phone and told me that I’m a liar and I’m rude, he told me that there’s no way ever.. that he has made an error on his food or his orders. And that it’s impossible for him to do that… when I drove down to the restaurant which was going out of my way because it’s nowhere near me. I seeked to simply get HONEY sauce instead of the lemon I received and the missing rice. I wasn’t greeted politely, I was spoken to in a foul manner and I’m a kind person but when you pay $60 for a meal, ideally you want what you pay for. He abused me in front of everyone! Ordered Ubereats, Special fried rice and Honey Chicken. This was the worst Chinese meal I have had in life. The fried rice had no taste and felt like my 5 year old cousin made it and the honey chicken was lacking in honey... wasnt sure if it was even chicken i was very confused.
