Capital Brewing Co Airport Terminal — Restaurant in District of Majura

Sitting waiting for a plane. I went to the bar at 1700 to order a drink and some hot chips for my child only to be told the kitchen was closed already. The young guy only suggested an alternative place when prompted, and gave 0 f$&@s that it was an inconvenience. Funnily enough the cafe next door operated out of the same kitchen and make me hot chips and the girl was more than accommodating. I went to purchase another drink as I still had a 1 hour wait only to find the bar was closed at 17:45!? No mention that they were closing early when I went up previously. The website says 1900 that they close. They even turned all the lights off on myself and another lady sitting in a booth. Lucky they are the closest bar to the terminal otherwise I wouldn’t go back in the future. To their managers- I strongly suggest giving the guy some training on customer service as it was an effort to provide...

I ordered the eggs bene with the sauce on the side and a latte. I told the server where I was sitting as I noticed I didn't get a number and wanted them to find me. After 20 mins, I could see other people were being served and receiving their drinks. The server was all by himself, so I waited patiently. After more time past I went and asked where my order was, and he told me it was on its way. The meal arrived, but my coffee had still not been started to be made. I had to ask again for my coffee. Extremely disappointed in my experience here today. I ordered my food at 9:30 while waiting for my flight. By 10:10 my omelette had not arrived. When I asked for a refund as I had to board my flight, the staff kept insisting that my food was almost ready and that they would pack it for take away even though I didn't want this. To worsen the situation i was then told that they hadnt recieved the docket and had to wait a further 10 minutes for the food. The omelette was not cooked properly and tasted bland. Just a terrible experience and I don't plan on getting food...
