I usually get burritos here once or twice a week, but the inconsistency in serving sizes is really frustrating. Some staff do it properly, using the spoons provided to measure the right amount of ingredients, but others just use their hands and barely put anything in & I had to ask for more just to get a decent/correct portion, and then I get charged for “extras.” For asking for the correct amount, mind you staff using are the same gloves across different ingredient bowls, which is a serious hygiene issue and causes cross contamination between the ingredients. Food is incredibly expensive. Ordered 2 big burritos and 2 quesadilla packs, over $90, and the amount of meat over the entire order was maybe 200gms. The big burritos fit in the palm of your hand and are actually small.

No where near enough meat, when you can go to a kebab place and spend the same amount for 4x the meat.

The meat was all mixed with the rice to conceal how little they had put in.

Worst value every, $90 for 2 people, to share all of 200gms of meat over 2 big burrito's and more...

Absolute worst Zambrero of all time. Ordered the bowl for gf meal, it came in a bowl, in a BURRITO! Also ordered a toasted burrito no jalapenos, came untoasted as spicy as. This order was put in directly to the shop over the phone so I don't know how they got it wrong. When I called to advise, the girl on the phone was all apologetic but there was no offer of any type of refund or replacement meals another day, absolute rubbish.
