Dongara Pizza & Cafe — Restaurant in Dongara

I don’t usually do reviews but we were very disappointed with the food we received tonight. The store said they weren’t doing cheesy garlic bread or the Nutella pizza because they were busy. I’ve never heard of a food outlet refusing service of items for this reason, but they reluctantly said they would do them for us. We waited 1 hr 15 min for our order of 1 pizza, 1 Nutella pizza, and 1 cheesy garlic bread - that’s ok we understood they were busy. But when we received the food, the cheesy garlic bread was so overcooked that the cheese was rock hard and bread was so burnt it was inedible. The Nutella pizza was also rock hard and the Nutella had been burnt into the pizza (although presentation was nice). Also inedible. The garlic prawn pizza was simply ok. We appreciate it was busy but we paid good money for food so would have expected the food to be ok and at least edible. I see lots of great reviews for this place so not sure why our...

I never have a bad experience here. The staff are warm and friendly, even when it gets busy they are still eager to help.

The pizzas are inventive, plenty of toppings and the right amount of sauce.

I haven't tried anything else on their menu but they offer a range of other things if pizza isn't your thing ..... which why would you go to a pizza bar??

Very disappointed ☹️ we were so looking forward to having these pizzas as last we had them and raved about them. Not this time we had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes, the pizza's were only lukewarm and the there was a diffinite lack of topping on them. The Apple crumble pizza's was dry and very floury like the crumble was cooked enough not pleasing to eat at all. So...
