Domino's Pizza South Dubbo — Restaurant in Dubbo

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered pizzas from dominos and requested them not to make any mistake this time. I ordered 2 time from dominos and they delivered the wrong order. So this was the third time and I requested them on the phone that we have guests at our home and you delivered wrong pizzas last time so please do not make any mistake this time and the person on the phone was Zane. Zane said I will make it myself and do not worry. I was relaxed but they again delivered the wrong order and it was third time. So I called back to complain and they were so rude with us Zane said I don't want to talk and thank you. So I decided to go to dominos so i can see them face to face. I went there with my housemates and guests. I was complaining about their pizza and Zane said just get out of here. I was shocked when I heard that. We argued a little and Zane took the money and literally threw that money on the counter and said take your money and get out of here. It wasn't our mistake and this was the dominos staff's reaction. I didn't take the money and said I will contact the headquarters and I didn't hear anything from the dominos headquarters. Worst customer service and pizza i have ever seen. Ordered online today your contactless service reeks!! Made it for 5pm. Was ready beforehand. Get there and wait at the front door as instructed by signage for quite some time with a young teen girl coming in and out constantly. Waited patiently. Not once did anyone bother to look out the front or come outside given that the monitor near the door stated two orders were ready! Even had the delivery guy walk right past me while I stood there waiting for decent service! One guy was just walking around behind the counter doing heaven knows what given the hour! I ended up yelling to them that I’d been waiting outside patiently for some time!!! Last time ever I will order the ‘contactless’ pickup. Would have been quicker to make it at home!! No thanks....

After a shaky start it has improved a lot last few months. Sadly I had a bad one the other week, told them so, offered photo's to show the lack of of extras I had ordered not being on the pizza, but had not so much as an apology. They have been giving heavy discounts lately; I wondered how long they could keep it up - hope they don't go back to the way they were summer of last year, I stopped ordering then. I can make pizza in 20 minutes, dough and all (there are secrets to fast perfect dough), but order it when time and exhaustion means "pick up a phone". I'll have something else if they do. But really, I don't judge on one bad experience - or one good one. Another couple of tries and I will update. Wonder if the other branch is much...
