Purchased their white "Sourdough" loaf from IGA in Port Macquarie at $6.50. Sadly a marketing exercise as it is just plain white flour loaf with zero sourdough taste, moisture, texture or smell - absolute zero. tastes like stale white loaf. We have had real sourdough many times from a local baker in PM but this is just awful.

Great pies, lots of flavours including cheese and bacon, spaghetti, potato, mushroom etc. Reasonably priced and good service. Indoor and outdoor seating with a high chair.

Old style bakery feel, staff were excellent. Grabbed a pie and Tea Loaf and both were delicious! Highly recommend.

We went for coffee and cake with my partner and his mother, we ordered 2 flat white coffees and a cappuccino, the staff no smiles, not attentive. We were given our cakes in a paper bags and sat at the table outside. The staff brought out 2 coffees in paper cups?, we waited for my mother in law's coffee and waited, my partner went in to enquire, staff apologised and said they would bring it out, we waited and waited, the staff member came out and confirmed that we were waiting for a cappuccino and again we waited and waited, finally we asked again, to be told by the staff member, "I'm sorry I got distracted" and finally she brought the long awaited coffee. During this time we watched about 10 other coffees being delivered to other customers both dine in and take-aways. We also noticed that the other dine in customers had their coffees in a porcelain cup/mug, but ours were in paper cups??? 4 times the coffee had to be requested before it was actually received - not happy, we wont be back. The only reason I gave a 1 star rating was because the cakes were very nice, the coffee, very, very average, very...

Honestly the worst experience. This place used to be good, now it has slipped and it's so sad to see. Who I only could assume was the manager doesn't even know their own products and think it's okay to argue with their customers. Didn't know business worked that way these days but I must be wrong. Coffee was burnt and horrible, wasn't like that a couple months ago, seems like they got rid of their compentent staff and replaced them with duds. Highly recommend that the owner educate his staff on the products they are selling. Pies were cold and just plain nasty. Gone down hill so fast. Don't recommend anymore....

Well today I bought a mushroom pie and a sausage roll at about 10.30am. The woman that served me had a persona full of attitude, like she was almost daring me to complain, which I did not understand, til I stopped a couple of Kay’s away to eat. The pie pastry was very thin and burnt. The filling had spilled out and was also burnt. The pie fell apart as I tried to eat it, wasted about a quarter of it. The sausage roll was also very thin on pastry and very soggy. Overall, not a good experience. I travel often to regional areas and support local businesses, particularly bakeries. Never this...
