We didn't dine here but dropped in for a couple of beers although the food being served to the other tables looked awesome. Tried three of the beers on the recommendation of the girl behind the bar and I was pretty impressed by all 3 (Rustic Ale, English Bitter and Oat Stout). When I mentioned that I didn't have time to try any more she offered me a sample of the beers I would have liked to have tried. Read moreElle and I stopped at Dungog for a couple days and found the Tin Shed opened so a bit of time we'll spent on a Sunday afternoon. We tried the beers and had a chat and look around. Nice smell of fresh cut chips being fried and served was inviting however we had food prior but the staff were doing a great job of it. Beers are great and a good range of solid well made and poured beverage. I like the shed vibe and Elle loved that people could have their dog laying down about the place. Read moreWe are in Dungog every February, this was our third visit to the Tin Shed. A group of seven visited on Saturday night and stayed perhaps for too long. The manger is awesome a great sense of humour and knowledge on the beers and their contents. I keep asking for a hazy IPA but unfortunate it's not a big seller, perhaps at 6.5, too strong.
