I would have give zero star If I could. Me and my husband went to this place. Ordered some baklawa’s, they were so pathetic and soggy that we couldn’t even finished and literally returned the plate to the staff, also mentioning that to him that it literally tasted like a week old baklawa. We even payed the whole price for the baklawa we didn’t eat. “For the owner, before you comment here as well that you remember us very well, and you thought we liked your disgusting baklawa becz we cleaned our plate” just letting you know we didn’t finish the plate and literally returned you and payed whole price while mentioning your baklawas were too bad to eat. I mean we payed for it and we had to leave it, so you imagine how bad it tasted. Your customer service behaviour speaks aloud of your products. No one has a time to make a false review. It is all based on truth. If we were coming next time, we would love to make a video as well so you don’t say that customers clean their plates. Disgusted by your comment. We had AUTHENTIC BAKLAWA’S from many places, I think you guys should try as well so you know what a 10 mint fresh baklawa and what a soggy piece of baklawa tastes like. This review is for the public who want to try this place and I don’t see this is the first lowest star and review this...
Read moreGreat sweets especially Knafeh and Mafroukeh taste amazing.
However, 3 star because customer service by one person could be greatly improved. He gets annoyed if you buy less than 0.5kgs. For one person it's not worth buying 1kgs each and waste . It as I like to buy 2-3 items.
Further, he never weights the products before serving. Not once, not twice but happened to me at least 10 to 15 times. He may have great measurement skills and eyes for it but should weight everything prior to charging the money.
Please don't show your disappointment if someone is not buying .5kgs or more. Not everyone has a family of 5.
Your products taste great so if you improve couple of little things people will appreciate and spend more.
Just a little positive...
Read moreI have concerns about the accuracy of the weighing process. On several occasions, I've noticed discrepancies where the displayed weight is not visible to me or to the customer, and I suspect the weight is being increased to inflate the price. Furthermore, I've observed that the weight of the empty box is included in the final product weight. This seems to be a form of double-dipping, as it raises the total cost of the purchased goods beyond the agreed-upon price per kilo. I would like this issue to be addressed and treating this remark as an improvement process.
Presentation and quality scores 4/5 . Scale sales service scores 1/5, hence an average...
