Donut King Forster Stockland K03 — Restaurant in Forster

If I could put zero stars I would .. My husband and myself went to purchase a coffee and there was an elderly man in front of us trying to pay for his purchase . The young girl that was serving him was so so rude and so horrible to him it made us cringe. Her customer service is disgusting and the elderly man was trying to use his card to pay . On numerous occasions she repeatedly said in a demeaning manner for him to put in his pin number . It was made quite clear that she had no patience with the gentleman who was doing his best . The eye rolls and huffing was even worse . We were so disgusted that we left not ordering anything and will not return . I feel you need to train your employees to be better people to say the least ,in an ageing community patience is a must Its not like she had 5 coffee orders backed up or a line of people waiting to be served .

Sorry for the long review but I'm totally in shock and upset at how this man was being treated . God everyone gets old , and they should be treated with respect . Looking at the reviews on this page maybe you should look into fixing...

Sat at the little bar after realising they weren’t open at 5:02pm on Friday afternoon when the website states 5:30pm. Then I’m approached by an man who appears to work at the store. Where my wife and I were told we “need to move because public seating is over there” so fair enough we moved and stood up but he keeps on sweeping and another man sitting 5 seats down at the Sam seating bar is sitting there they have a chat and doesn’t get asked to move and he also has purchased no donut king products either. I found this extremely rude. We went out of our way to sign in using QR code to sit down and then we’re told to move where the other bloke hasn’t been told to move! I will not be buying anything from here ever again. Been here a few times and the service was terrible so...

Terrible, terrible coffee! I bought a large latte, only to get the free donuts - had to wait half an hour for it to cool enough to be sipable, then I only got probably a mouthful in, before I gave up on it. I'm not even the type of person who wastes food - I hate wasting food! But that was so bad, it didn't even make the pig bucket! It made me ill.

Also, 2 people on today, only me at the counter & it took 5 minutes of walking slow & tapping things, to start making my coffee - perhaps because they restarted the donut machine to generously burn me fresh ones. That didn't as much bother me, because they were free. It was the latte that killed the...
