Pretty good burger joint! Food: Burgers were a lot better than I thought they would be, well priced for the quality and was made very fresh. The bacon was cooked really well too, it's easy to get bad bacon on a burger but they've got this right. Maybe a bit too much bun but was a nice bun so that's alright. Beer batted chips are very hot and crisp which was awesome. Service: A nice guy served us, friendly and brought the food out for us which I don't know why that was surprising but most "fast food" places don't serve to the table. Food was pretty quick to come out as well. Atmosphere: Next to a carpark so as nice as that can be. Shop was mainly a wall front and then outdoor seating. Was comfortable for a quick bite. Access: Ample parking, right at the shopping centre.

We only come here once a year when we're in the area for an event. But this is a must stop. The service is easy, friendly and fast. The burgers are done well, the brioche bun definitely adds extra. But the main heroes for us are the waffle fries and sweet potato fries. Other places have these too but they are much better here. A must try.

I'm certain there is no better burger on the Gold Coast. I look forward to one every Friday night and have never been disappointed. Everything is on point, the bun, patty, cheese, sauce, everything is as good as a burger can get. Look at this thing, it looks like a picture you would see on a menu.

I'm certain there is no better burger on the Gold Coast. I look forward to one every Friday night and have never been disappointed. Everything is on point, the bun, patty, cheese, sauce, everything is as good as a burger can get. Look at this thing, it looks like a picture you would see on a menu.

Burger'D is just a cool place to eat! The menu is funky and stylised full of pop-culture references I like. I've always wanted to eat a 'Royal with cheese just like in the movie Pulp Fiction. The price is reasonable as well, I mean you could pay more at McDonald's for a lot less. I'm a chef myself and although the meal wasn't cooked by someone like me it's not supposed to be. It was fresh, hot and tasty and that's what is important. The service was fun and friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for what it is, a classy burger joint. I've always been a Qtr Pounder guy but my life has changed from this experience at Burger'd. I'm going to work my way through the menu but I reckon I'll always find my way back to a 'Royal with cheese, a side of fries and a five dollar shake'.   • MUST READ* TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered $60 worth of food for a hungry family on grand final night. Uber driver was 3 minutes away called and said the restaurant forgot the wings so he went back to pick them up. I called burger’d asking to make everything fresh so it’s not cold when it’s due to arrive ‘again’ managed said that’s not going to happen and hung up on me. All of a sudden I get a call from uber saying the restaurant has cancelled my $60 order and I can order again (but won’t be refunded for 5 business days) so the manager from Burger’d said it’s not his problem, he is remaking the order but I’ll have to pay another $60 and wait another 40 mins for it????
