Domino's Pizza West Burleigh — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

We have been getting a cheese pizza with BBQ sauce base every week for my now 10 year old daughter for years from Burleigh Domino's without any concerns.

Then very recently we ordered same pizza we always do and took it home. We noticed it has chunks of what looked like ham so we rang store and they sent a replacement pizza.

When we opened the box of the replacement pizza and again it had chunks of tomato pieces all through pizza. When I called back and spoke to manager he said that this was usual for cheese pizzas to have tomato pieces all over pizza and did not offer to rectify. Manager was apologetic but was wanting to argue and not willing to assist in the end.

We know that that is not true because my daughter would never eat the pizzas every week for years from Domino's if it had pieces of Tomatoes on the cheese pizza's They were obviously margerita pizza's and not cheese pizzas which I requested twice. My daughter was unable to eat the pizza with it covered it tomato pieces.

We were a long time customer of Domino's but NEVER AGAIN! We will be buying our pizzas elsewhere. As there seems to be no consistency in such a basic pizza request. And the customer service leaves alot to be...

Hi I am extremely unhappy. I am a regular domino’s order every week usually a Friday night from mermaid beach and have never had an issue.

For my sons 6th birthday party we decided to do a pizza party at inflatable world and have pizzas delivered.

I had called up multiple times to the store - Burleigh west to say I needed it for 4pm I was told to order it fro 3:45 so it would be delivered on time. I called up The morning of and re confirmed

The. At 3:15 I get a call saying your pizzas are here- the party hadnt started no guests for 45 Mins and 18 pizzas qns 18 garlic breads - I asked if they could take them back keep them warm and they couldn’t

I spend $235 on pizza for it to be cold by the time guests arrive and it ruined my sons 6th birthday party

I called the store the following day and they said they made the Decision to deliver earlier as they were busy or they could have delivered later - I advised I would have done later so they were warm - but no one called me they just decided.

Rubbish, I placed an order, online, at 9am for group. My order consisted of 7 pizzas, 2 garlic breads & 2 drinks to be delivered at 9:30pm that evening. My specific delivery note even stated "deliver at 9:30pm". At 8:30pm I called the store to say we were actually ahead of schedule & if possible could they deliver early. I was informed this was not possible as they were busy. I accepted this. At 9:35pm I called the store again to check on my order, at this time I was informed they were busy & had not yet started to make our order & it was to be at least another hour. This is totally unacceptable in my view, especially seeing I had placed the order 12 hours before. There was no management to be spoken of what so ever. I will never use the service again. The pizza might be cheap but it's also probably not going to...
