Service was absolutely atrocious, I was served by a young Indian woman (no, it's not racist to refer to someone's ethnicity) in a managers outfit. She was rude, Spoke over me and didn't listen, to top it off she got to the order wrong, overcharged me, and upon attempting to eat the food, I nearly threw up when biting down on a chip that I could only describe as fossilised. I know what you're thinking I'm some middle-aged Karen, leaving a bad review but I'm not I'm 24, I'm not a pent-up housewife with nothing better to do or some washed-up, has been, full of resentment. So the fact I went to the lengths I did to leave a review, which mind me entailed having to sign into a Google account of which I don't remember the password to because who the hell uses a Google account in this generation? Anyway, I digress, back to the point. I went to agitating lenghts to leave this review, because honestly that employee should be sacked,. If you can't manage to manage a fast food joint in the middle of the night, with one customer an hour and a job that has the pre-requisites of breathing, having a heartbeat, and an IQ score higher than a 6, and you shouldn't be a manager.
As for her, there is a Bunnings across the road. Pretty sure you don't even have to be breathing to secure that position. But a steady fallback would be hungry Jack's, probably the only fast food chain where not giving customers dysentery is considered...
Read moreHonestly. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as lazy as these workers. I went though the drive through area and ordered to order my food. And I was met with such rudeness for no reason at all.
The girl taking my order seemed annoyed that I was thinking about what I wanted and was rushing taking my order. Once I get to the pay window she is glaring at me, rushing me a way.
Then as soon as I get to the window where you collect your food, they had say absolutely nothing to me, and I saw them grab out old chips and Put them in my bag.
Your workers are in customer service, I completely understand if you’re having a bad day, but as a customer service worker myself I put my emotions aside and act happy so my customers are happy.
I didn’t want to be going through a drive through just to feel rushed...

We have noticed the demise since Covid, yesterday was the final straw for us, dirty tables, no straw in my iced black coffee, so I thought just take the domed lid off and drink it, but when I did the container was so weak it just collapsed and coffee went everywhere. I went to the most senior looking staff and asked for something to clean it up, she handed me a handful of serviettes and a huge smile, not good enough. When we left there was a full cup of coffee on the floor with the many serviettes that I used to clean the table and seat.
