I ordered a wrap at lunch today to pickup from Burleigh. The parking there is not great given it is usually pretty busy. I had a message when I got there asking if I had arrived to which I advised I had arrived, but was parked at Billabong (due to no other parking available). The team served two other cars when I got there and I then waited a further 15 minutes and watched a team member go to one of the cars, hand over a fresh wrap and take a paper bag from the car which was crumpled and been with the customer for 15 minutes (obviously they had accepted the wrong order). They then called me and asked if I was there. They then proceeded to give me the wrap that was with the other customer for 15 minutes. Read moreThese wraps are delicious & healthy. I love that they are gluten free too. My favourite is the Tassie Salmon with extra avocado & organic egg. I am also dairy-free, so it's nice to have options with that too. My ONLY gripe is the price. A Tassie Salmon wrap base price is $20 & once you ad $3 for extra egg & $1 for extra avocado, it becomes a $24 wrap that is not huge by any stretch of the imagination. I believe they'd sell an absolute tonne more if they dropped the price by $5 across the range. It's the only thing holding my work colleagues back from ordering Mio wraps more regularly (we are close to the Burleigh location). Everyone loves them but also complain they are overpriced for what they are & so we often end up ordering food from elsewhere because of it....

I had to ask people working around the property where to go and when I went inside I was told by the Mio staff that I'm not allowed inside and it's private property and that I'm meant to wait outside BUT HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS?!
