Noodle Box Nerang — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Have purchased here many times, but recently standards have dropped. Ordered tonight with Uber eats, 3 small boxes, all with extra sauce, as last time we ordered they were completely dry. Ordered 1 with chilli. Sadly no extra sauce in any of them, and absolutely no chilli either. Sadly dry and bland all round. Paid for extras, got nothing for it. Will be looking for a new place to noodle, very disappointing

Edit: next visit 13/06/25 I wonder if Nerang is under new management. They used to be awesome, but standards have sadly dropped. 2 weeks ago we ordered 3 dishes, asked for chilli in 1, and extra sauce in all 3. Got zero chilli, and all 3 boxes were dry and bland, so no extra sauce. AteRewards did provide a $10 voucher as Uber Eats refused any type of refund.

Gave them another shot tonight. Quality greatly improved, but quantity was terrible; each box literally half full!

Such a disappointing meal tonight. Ordered a regular KT box to takeaway on my way home from work. Have always found Noodle Box to be hit & miss, but Nerang has always been consistently pretty good. Tonight indicates there must be an issue from corporate with changes to their process and quality. Other reviews indicate possible new management... either way clearly no quality testing or control taking place.

My meal was completely flavourless, with barely any sauce and instead competely drowning in oil. There was literally a pool of oil at the bottom as I neared finishing the serving, but stopped as the oil content was actually making me feel sick. To make matters worse, there was nearly no protein in the whole box, with only a couple of small shrimp and some shrivelled pieces of pork. Very unfortunate, as that was the final experience for me to stop supporting this franchise.

Clearly the management, nor the franchise are taking the consistent negative feedback on board. This is how...

What a joke! Yesterday i walked in store waited 10 minutes to get served, I finally got to order and I have to admit the food was quick but that's the only good about this story, I ordered a combination with rice, double meat and prawns, when I revived my order and took home, within the first 2 mouthfuls I had thrown up due it being so salty with thier oyster sauce because thier cooks just don't give a damn. So I rang up and complained, the remade the order but this time with less sauce ( which is great) but also with noodles instead of rice so I said to remake again so finally after all this I finally get home to find the brand new bowl made the exactly the same way as before even tho I specifically asked for less sauce

It's cost me $45.50 for one small container if food and 1 big bowl absolutely ridiculous, get better cooks at nerang as they just don't seem to care what they are asked for...
