Staff were helpful and food was good value however we went as a group of 10 and some people only got their meals some half hour after the first people got theirs.... although it was very nice when we got it. Entertainment was a young kid playing guitar - he was actually pretty good however it was extremely inappropriate to be playing heavy metal when we went as a family group with young kids. Extremely excessively loud, impossible to talk to our other guests and didn't enjoy it at all. We then did 10 pin bowling which was great (important to book) and putt putt. Putt putt was fun however it was disconcerting that there was absolutely no control over the playing. Another family behind us had no control whatsoever over their young children who constantly walked all over our course with no regard for anyone else playing - even stealing our balls! The parents didn't stop them and staff didn't even try despite other kids running rampant all over the equipment and breaking the fence. Think a few rules wouldn't go astray with staff to monitor them. Also despite it being cold out, the air inside was stifling hot and stuffy and made it rather uncomfortable. The concept of the place is great and loved the bowling but a few minor things such as air cond, screening music choice (and lowering volume) and controlling the brats would have made it perfect. As its a family venue, these are imperative I feel.

They say don’t shit where you eat, but I don’t think I’ll be eating here for a while. I have been coming to the Park for a number of years for their weekly trivia nights. The venue itself (in terms of TV/sound for holding trivia) and the host Robbie are amazing and are what has kept us coming back. HOWEVER, over the past year there has been an extremely steep decline in service and food. The menu has recently changed and it is all fried food and pizzas. I get these are easiest to pump out but last night we waited 1 hour for food that was either cold or inedible (the beef on the nacho fries came out a light grey colour). Plus charging $13-$25 for a burger and an additional $3.50 for chips is almost criminal when the burger is coming out cold. The menu prices don’t match the quality of food being produced at all and some of the food has almost doubled in price. I will now be attending one of the other venues that the trivia company hosts on an alternative night or opt to eat prior to coming to the Park. I really hope that this can be improved.

Given it was a Sunday it was packed full of families and very understaffed. The food was brought out fairly quickly and was really good and decent sizes. We played putt putt which is overpriced for what you actually get ($50 for 2Adults + 2 Children). The area you play anyone can come and go as there is no staff monitoring or supervising which meant kids were left unattended. I watched as a group of boys were throwing golf balls and hitting them as hard as they could while little kids were running around. This ruined our time at The Park with our kids. Hopefully we just came on an extremely day and might check it out when it's not as busy.

Well what I thought would have been a nice day out for my wife myself and 2 kids turned out to be bad. I called and booked to take advantage of the unlimited bowling for $30, arrived to pay and was told that unlimited bowling wasn't available because they have had so many phone calls and bookings that we could do 3 games for the $30 but then we would have to go back to counter and check if there's any space to continue bowling, but manager said probably won't happen because they had so many people calling up etc. First of all if someone calls and books for unlimited bowling and the booking is accepted then OFFER THEM UNLIMITED BOWLING, that means as many as we can fit in between the 10-5pm timeframe. Not 3 games. Ordered drinks and food, got our drinks I asked for Moscato and was given some disgusting dry white wine, when I asked for a new one they said no that is Moscato, in all my years of drinking and serving wine I know the difference between sweet and dry, Food was below average we ordered chicken wings and I had a couple and then started to get to the wings that weren't fully cooked through and had blood inside them, my son's pizza was doughy and undercooked, by that point I couldn't even be bothered to complain as it was already a terrible experience. I can safely say that $220 it cost us was absolutely not worth it. We won't be going back again as it was our first time there and was just disgusted, the manager seemed like she had no idea what she was talking about or doing, she was very rude, and made it quite clear we weren't getting unlimited bowling. For such a beautiful looking place the actual service and experience...

The staff were friendly and the toilets were clean. They are the two positives I can say about tonight.

We paid for a round of putt putt tonight and it started great until a group of kids under the age of ten started running around course. Some were running over us while we were playing and others were putting their balls down while we were playing and starting hitting the balls while we were taking our turns. Which is annoying but you can understand kids are being kids and we can wait but then a mother putts her 1 year old down and walks away to continue her drinks with her friends and this 1 year old starts crawling around the course. There were four occasions that staff walked past us and into the storage room behind the course and they didn't care at all about these kids laying in front of us on the floor so we couldn't hit the balls or the fact that there were 3 year olds with golf clubs smashing them into the wall which one left a hole in the wall. To top this interesting night off one of the mother walks in with her glass of sparkling wine trips on a turtle and yells at her child while swaying back and fourth while these children get stuck under the bridge. This may sound humorous but by the end it was the catalyst that changed it from annoying to embarrassing and I left not wanting to go back again. I guess the large group of parents in the middle that were letting their children run around will be back to continue their drinks while their kids use this play as...

I brought my staff here for an end of year thank you, very different experience to 3 years ago. I have only given it two stars because I believe the staff were working hard to get everything done, running at points to try and accommodate everyone, working between the front desk, making drinks, helping out in the kitchen, cleaning tables etc. I understand staff can call in sick however, this was VERY understaffed! The putt putt was half the size to three years ago and very poorly maintained. The communication between the person I booked with and the venue was poor - they didn't know I'd paid, or what I'd paid for (had to look it up) - yet I'd paid 2.5 weeks prior! I had no complaints about the food itself, however, I was told the metre pizza would serve up to 50 people. I double checked this via email as it sounded a lot but was assured, yet the pizza was only cut into 27 pieces. There were 8 adults in our party, thankfully not everyone was able to attend and I had the sense to ignore what I was told and order chips as well! They didn't respond to my last email chasing a question I had, which they had said they would have an answer for me by the Thursday prior to our event. In fact, the last communication from them reminding me of my booking had an due notice attached to it when I'd paid in full (I hadn't actually noticed this until after the event so hadn't responded). Not a place we will be back to and if I'm asked to email in response to this review, I will simply...
