Sneaky tactics are always used by the manager to ensure that you always end up paying for extra add ons that you never asked for. From ordering a mango iced tea very clearly and her saying "with strawberries?"- It comes across very muffled over the speaker and a lot of people I imagine end up saying yes and then just pay for it.... Paying extra for things I never ordered. For example: I asked for a smashed avo with feta (as it's called that on the menu!) - She said "extra feta?!" I corrected her and said I never asked for additional feta. She allowed me to keep it without paying for extra- However she went on to tell me that "if you don't want Fetta you order it as a smashed avo" (so why does it come with feta then?! durr!) Stop driving such a hard bargain for coffee that is already over priced and let the staff members communicate clearly with what the customer wants!!

I have heard from multiple employees that work there that they get overworked, the bosses here speak terribly to their employees, and i have just heard straight from 3 employees that they don't get rest breaks WHICH IS ILLEGAL!, they only get a break if they work over 6 hours and 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous as it is highly illegal. It's dangerous for all employees not to have rest breaks. It's the LAW for all employees to have a rest break after 4/ 4 and a half hours. Read moreMy son went in to order our coffee's & 2 Hamilton & cheese croissant's whilst I organised my 2 yr old Granddaughter into a high chair. The Croissant's arrived aprox 5 mins later, but no coffee. We were dining in & waited 15 mins for our coffee. There was only 1 other customer dining in & nobody at the counter ordering. My son had to go in twice asking about our order. The 4 staff members were to preoccupied serving customers in drive through. Seems drive through has priority over dine in customers. Both times my son went to the counter he had to actually speak up to even get their attention. Definately not good dine in customer service guys. ALL your customers should be a priority & you should be making sure there is at least 1 of you serving...
