McDonald's — Restaurant in Gosnells

Which I could get this no stars. The service they presented was the worst i’ve ever seen, I originally ordered a small cheeseburger meal, and this Mcdonald’s messed up my order and said i can get it replaced, they asked for my name which is supplied them with, But tonight i went there and it never showed up on the system, the attitude i got given made me sick to my stomach, as a person working in fast food i know this attitude is unacceptable, the manager who gave this attitude is a tallish, big build man with a nose piercing, so i wasted my money on a meal just for it to be messed up twice, and i wish this was the end of this review but the restaurant was absolutely appalling, from trolleys in the restaurant to over flowing bins to receipts hanging to the floor, i would not understand how any one would want to eat in here, So basically never come to this mcondalds as they scam you and the...

Received order which felt hot,when looking in the bag ,order looked correct. When I arrived home with food an go to hand it out, the fries weren't even In its packet. They were all on the bottom of the bag. Now I know it's a small thing but I'm finding that these fast food places aren't giving the good old fashioned service we used to get anymore. I had ordered food thru the app an then still had to park in the service bay and wait to get home and get an order that had just been thrown together. Since covid started just about every fast-food place I've been to has the same problems, its no longer fast, costs more to recieve less and the orders look like they've just been thrown in the bag. I asked for a drink with extra extra ice cream and so they charged me $1.00 extra for the extra x2 I was alright with then got the drink with the soft serve in it and I handed it back saying its barley got any they said that's the amount they put in I said that I paid extra as I seen on the order screen and they said I didn't that's the coast I was like umm ok? When did it go up she said yeah for a bit and I went on the website and it was only 50 cents to add it may of only been 50 cents overcharged but i gave them a chance to fix it and they liead n denied it they have been making far too many mistakes my food is never correct or fresh and the service is so rude the tone in theor voices it sounds like they don't want to be their this is so outrageous don't scam me I wouldn't recomed going any where near this scamming store what happened to the store it used to...
