Dôme Café - Gosnells — Restaurant in Western Australia

Hubby & I ordered breakfast of ham & eggs hollandaise plus salmon & eggs hollandaise plus a flat white coffee extra shot & a latte.

I noticed that our coffees were made & watched whilst waiting for our coffees part of our order to be delivered by the wait person on duty.

The barista made numerous attempts to get the wait person to deliver our coffees which by now were going cold.

Then I noticed that the barista was topping up our cups again possibly in the hope that might warm them up?

Eventually our coffees came to our table overfull spilt coffee every where & luke warm I would guess as I had seen the coffees sit waiting for collection for the last five minutes.

As such my hubby sent them straight back and asked for them to be replaced with fresh hot coffees.

Then to top off our bad experience here our two breakfasts arrived to find that the eggs on both plates had been overcooked & had solid yolk centres....not liquid at all effectively hard boiled not poached. Also their was very little hollandaise sauce on either plate which made for a very poor/dry eating experience. Such a shame as the ingredients looked fresh, but with over cooked eggs & next to no hollandaise sauce..... This was our very first time experiencing of the Dome at Gosnells & having enjoyed dozens if not over a hundred breakfasts at various other Dome outlets I would strongly suggest Dome head office look into why this particular outlet fails their branding so miserably.

Hey, I go into Dome in Gosnells a minimum of once a week and have never had such a bad experience like I did on Thursday the 21st of May 2020 early morning. As I walked in for the first time of not being able to go to dome in over 6 weeks due to you guys closing I was looking forward to the lovely greetings I always get when I go in from the staff, but on Thursday when I went in I wasn’t greeted at all. More made to feel like I was interrupting the girl behind the register who was clearly very busy on her phone... I have never seen this person working at Gosnells , she was very unprofessional and working in hospitality I don’t feel she is allowed to be wearing all the jewellery she is wearing. Normally I wouldn’t care about little things like that but the fact how rude and unprofessional she was really didn’t start my day off right. Normally all the staff at Gosnells are hard working and so friendly. I have never seen this rude lady before and would say Gosnells doesn’t need a worker like that to ruin...

The manager was very aggressive and threatening.

I didn't know an allergen would be added to my drink, so I went to the counter. The first thing the manager said to me was, "It's in the picture, buddy", in a rude, condescending, and scolding tone. He kept trying to school me on reading the menu - even after I repetitively told him that I hadn't seen the menu before I ordered; but he persisted. He then told me to relax, and I replied that he "got me riled up" [for refusing to listen to what I was saying, and for aggressively calling me "buddy"]. He responded, "not yet". Was he going to cross the line even more? This was clearly threatening. He also pulled his face mask down during our interaction. Since, I've called head office twice, but could only leave messages, and still haven't received a response. So far, it's incredibly concerning that this incident isn't being taken seriously by Dome. The phone operator I spoke to was also rude, uncaring, and aggressive.
