After waiting 45mins (after the original delivery time I had selected) for my order to arrive Menulog offers a partial refund for waiting so long. I had preordered in the morning, so the restaurant was aware of my order - it wasn't a last minute thing. The food finally arrives.... A little while later I get a phone call from a lady who works there. She starts yelling at me for accepting the food. She then tries to make it my problem they only have one delivery driver. I explained it wasn't my fault that they only had one driver or the fact Menulog gave me the option for a partial refund.... But still get abused regardless. I've been a customer for nearly 4 years. I am very disappointed

I’ve been a Carlos customer since they were at Zillmere. And I am perplexed because the last few times I have ordered it hasn’t been consistent and I am disappointed. The pizzas are usually always the same, yummy. But the pastas of late are hit and miss which is sad because when they are their normal quality they are mouthwatering! This time 2 pastas were lacking sauce but also overseasoned, the Ravioli was rubbery and just not nice. The Gnocchi covered in garlic and pepper that was all you could taste, instead of sauce, it was in excess of oil. Hesitant to visit again incase it’s the same as it has been the last 2 times. Please improve your pastas 🙏🏼

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff were really lovely. We ordered a big pack with two family pizzas (meat lovers & Gourmet ) two pasta (bolognese) two garlic bread and a 1.25L drink in addition! This was for a surprise valentines candle lit picnic, completely set the mood for authentic Italian! The spaghetti was so tasty and didn’t taste processed, the pizzas were beautiful, even delicious the next day… we didn’t get heartburn like a lot of others stalls. Highly recommend and worth the price. Will be back indefinitely.

Repeatedly poor customer service (extremely rude staff) but went back after a long while to give them another chance as the pizzas were good. This time didn't get exactly what I ordered (pizza toppings) and didn't even call to notify me that the dessert I ordered was unavailable despite a contact number being left on the order. No options of a refund or substitute was offered and was given a substitute with no explanation to what it was. I did not enjoy the cake that was given as I do not like coffee and the delivery driver was quick to leave to not give me a chance to process what happened. The pizzas this time around were not as good as previously. The bases don't taste fresh anymore and are just like the frozen bases that are sold at the grocery store. Will not give this place...

Without a shadow of a doubt "Carlos Naples Pizza Restaurant has to be the ABSOLUTE BEST Pizza and Pasta Restaurant anywhere in Brisbane. Everything about this restaurant is great!! from the quality and freshness of the ingredients used in their cooking to the friendly nature of all the staff, to the wonderful entertainment when Carlo has the opportunity to sing for those who are eating in. Whether one eats in or takes away, the food and the service is always excellent!! If you have not yet gone to this Restaurant, may we suggest you definitely go, you will be so glad you did. Thank you Carlo, Roseanna and all the staff, If I could give 6 STARS I would. God Bless...
