I write big reviews to give you All the details (of my experience & with maybe too much babble 🫣). We parked on Buckby Rd then as we walked up we passed a seating area & asked if it was theirs. They straight up say 'you can sit there, we will bring your order to you', with a smile! We were much more comfortable there than sitting on the main road or inside with customers hovering. The staff were in delightful moods, even following up with customers to ask if they wanted their raisin bread toasted, with or without butter. So kind! They told us to sit & they'll bring everything to us. As soon as we sat the drinks came out! My partner says this place has THE BEST coffee! You can't find it anywhere else unless you're willing to go all the way into the city! The chai latte was perfect too & in huge mugs! The meals didn't take long either! I don't know what the sudden obsession is with sourdough, but mine was in a toastie making it so much easier to eat. I know they don't want to give out sharp knives for safety but you can't cut sourdough with bread knives! 😅 A dog soon joined us, so this area might be reserved for people with pets....

On my visit to Stormy Grounds Coffee Emporium, I enjoyed nine coffees along with a tempting spread of almond croissants, a plain croissant, banana bread, and cake slices. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared — the kind of food and coffee that makes you want to linger a little longer.
The service was simply outstanding. My order came out quickly, yet every detail was spot on. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
With a mix of indoor and outdoor seating, it’s the perfect place whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a relaxed catch-up.

She barely made eye contact and presented as if she couldn't wait for our interaction to be over. I observed that her interactions with other female patrons were completely different, which was contrary to what I would expect from a place that promotes inclusivity.
However, I must admit that the coffee was great, even though it was quite expensive being a 12oz of Toby's Estate. It was well-made and better than most places in and around the area in terms of quality. So, if you're after great-tasting coffee, I would definitely recommend it.
However, it's clear that this establishment is simply another virtual signaling place that talks about being a beacon for the community, but falls drastically...
