We have been regular customers for five years and love this store. The staff are friendly, helpful and always courteous. Toppings are usually generous and home delivery is always on time or early. Will be customers for many years to come.

Absolute rubbish. This store has gone downhill immensely since my last review. The toppings aren't evenly spread, we received a ham and cheese pizza tonight that barely had any ham on it, literally maybe 12 pieces. We've been visiting this store for over ten years now and have watched it deteriorate. Don't waste your money, or your time on this store. There's a Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Guzman and Gomez, McDonalds and KFC all within walking distance. Not to mention three Chinese restaurants. Why on earth would you waste your money there when you have so many other options. I'm absolutely disgusted and will not be giving one more cent of our hard earned money to this business anymore. Let's not even get into them charging a Sunday surcharge and not paying their staff any extra. No wonder the pizza is rubbish, the staff simply don't get paid enough to give a stuff...
Read moreOrdered from my regular Dominos, as I walked in they already had music blazing. I get it late night you want to vibe not an issue but the fact is the second I walked in as a customer and they did NO attempt to turn it down. It was already a problem. A team member who Iâve dealt with in the past asked me how can I help so I simply said to him âsorry I cannot hear youâ all he did was smirk and said a bit louder how can I help. I eventually got my food and said I wanted to speak to his supervisor/ shift runner. I complained about the music being to loud and all he did was scoff and said rudely and arrogantly âreally, is that all you wanna complain aboutâ with this comment it TIPPED me over the edge. I later then asked a team member who was outside for their store manager to contact me he took my details and I thanked him...
Read moreEver heard of the Domino Effect? Well, these Domino's have fallen and they're not getting back up again. I have had multiple bad culinary experiences with Domino's Arana Hills, too numerous to enumerate. The final straw was a young yahoo with '"sports" exhaust and music blaring who forgot the garlic bread and said he'd return in 10 minutes. Despite speeding through the 10km/hr zoned housing complex, it took him 45 minutes to return by which time I had lost my appetite for greasy salt and fat. I requested that Domino's not send me a voucher but they did anyway. A regional manager was supposed to call me, but didn't. I have made a solemn pledge to never buy another Domino's pizza and instead will be giving the local independently owned wood fired pizzeria my custom. Life is too short to settle for...
