Domino's Pizza Petrie — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Called to inform the workers that the " deep pan pepperoni pizza with added bbq sauce, garlic sauce and chilli flakes" is actually a "classic crust pepperoni pizza with no chilli flakes or garlic sauce". And we would like to exchange it for order we originally paid for. The manager on the phone said "there is definitely chili flakes, garlic sauce and it IS a deep pan." Well we are all looking at it and it's our regular and it's definitely incorrect. Manager disagreed and said we were wrong. Said we would bring it in and show the staff so we could have the correct pizza made. They didn't admit they were wrong then offered to make another pizza. New pizza came out, checked the pizza and AGAIN it did not have chilli flakes, garlic sauce and no deep pan." Manager admitted chilli flakes were missed but INSISTED it was deep pan. Anyway... we didn't get the corrections we asked for. Your website quotes that orders are made to perfection.... don't think so. Manager is uneducated and was too proud to admit being incorrect and satisfying PAYING customers. We didn't ask for our money back just that we get the pizza We ordered. That did not happen. A three hour wait!! Seriously? I phoned in an order at 5.43 this afternoon. The girl I spoke to explained that they were very busy and that there was a 35 minute wait. At 7.15 I called to ask where our order was and was told that they were sorry but still very busy and offered a free garlic bread. At 8.15 I called again, this time to be told that there had been a mix up with the order and they thought it was a pick up!!! Are you kidding me!! Still sitting here, at 8.30 waiting. They did redeem themselves somewhat with our order free. The pizza was delicious and the buffalo wings were quite possibly the best I have ever eaten but the order was: two pizzas, 1.25 litre Coke Zero and 10 buffalo wings. We received normal coke and 5 wings.......and no free garlic bread as promised. Disappointing to say...

Been a regular customer of this particular Dominos and have had no problems until recently tried to order online and was going to be charged over $25 (can't remember the exact amount ) for a standard hawaiian plus delivery! didn't bother with the rest of the order (another 3 pizzas) and rang the shop to order direct at which point they said they didn't have a record for my delivery address (multiple deliveries in the past!) and were unable to arrange delivery. Needless to say, gave up and ordered from Pizza Hut. Won't be back. Get the feeling the Dominos on-selling gimmicks on their website are not going to help with retaining customers...they have lost me that's for sure. It's a competitive world out there and Domino's are being a little bit too clever for their own good in their...
