Dominos,
Tonight at the Victoria Point QLD store. I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides with a voucher online. It came to $36.95. When I pressed order, I was charged an un-vouchered amount of $68.05.
So I called up and asked for the refund I deserved and I was told it would be refunded up to 5 business days. This was not good enough as Dominos didn't hesitate to take the money out of my account, but I have to wait to get my own money back.
I then drive down to the store and I am given an apology, which I accept and am told by the manager that it was "Corporate's" fault for the mischarge (showing me how employees represent head office by shifting blame). I then witness two employees fighting and yelling at each other about churros being burnt, throwing them at one another. Meanwhile, the manager runs out of the store's front door leaving the situation.
I then witness a junior employee then double charge another customer's order on their card in-store and not knowing how to fix it. She was asking for help which she received after a long period of time and appeared to be upset. This added to the chaotic atmosphere and showed me that my situation was not a one-off incident. I then received what I thought was my order and left, only to find that they gave me the wrong pizzas.
They then delivered what I was owed and I basically paid 3 times the amount tonight for pizzas that were delivered with the worst service I have ever received by far from any business.
It is a shame this store is representing you this way. I also tried to use your online feedback survey and the store isn't even in the list of stores to make a complaint...
Read moreI placed an order at 6pm and requested that it be delivered at 7pm. I phoned at 7.10pm to find out if the pizza was on it's way because the tracking in the app wasn't working. I was told that there is a backlog but it would be leaving soon. The app then started working and updated to say the pizza was ready in store. After 10 minutes of no updates I phoned again and was told that my pizza had left 5 minutes ago and would arrive soon. 45 minutes later my pizza still hadn't arrived. I phoned again and was told my pizza was still in the store and would leave in about 10 minutes. When I requested that my order be cancelled I was very rudely given the excuse that they are very busy. If I wasn't lied to and told that my pizza was on the way, and if they were honest about the wait time I would have made alternate arrangements for dinner. Next time try being honest with your customers and offer an apology or acknowledgement...
Read moreNever ordering from here EVER again. Ordered chicken pizza. Hardly any meat at all on the chicken pizza. Had bacon on the small amount of meat that was actually on it.. I called thinking it would be no issue to get a chicken pizza sent out. The staff were SO rude including manager. Didn't believe us, we sent a photo and they claimed they didn't get it. Didn't offer refund. And point blank told us they'd be making the pizza exactly the same and sending it out... aka not rectifying the issue... what the hell. Can't believe got spoken to that by an arrogant sounding teenager. Manager also said they are trying new chicken the past week that they'd been getting lots of complaints about. There was hardly any of it on the pizza any way but honestly don't order it. Absolutely...
