Not a bad place, and we eat here fairly frequently (2-3 times a month) and get coffee regularly. They have good food that accommodates for my dairy allergy (they have Nuttelex) and have a good easy to read and easy to find something everyone will like from the menu. Waits are long on weekends but that is expected. They would really benefit from just a more positive vibe. Staff are expressionless most of the time, rarely smile at you and you feel like your presence inconveniences them. Not rude to us (but I have seen people get a very cold shoulder when asking the whereabouts of their order), but also not laid back. Every now and then we get a smile but the general feel of the place is pretty low even when you try to interact. Your food gets put in front of you in the most bland way you could imagine, even if you say Thanks or crack a joke. Again, the food makes it worth it so we’ll come back. Highly recommend the ginger and lime breakfast- very...

Went here this past weekend for breakfast and it was fairly good. The food was tasty, with fresh and good quality ingredients. It came out on time, which was good too, pricing was on par with other similar places in the area. The cafe itself looked clean, presentable and inviting, with plenty of seating space. The menu selection looked very good and there are other dishes we’d like to try next time. The only thing that could use a bit more work would be some of the staff members. A number of them came across a little bit disinterested and ā€˜flat’ when dealing with customers. Most of them looked like they were young teenagers and perhaps they need more training and customer exposure in order to learn that little things matter (e.g. clearing tables more promptly, showing a bit more ā€˜zest’ in the conversation with customers). We would like to go back, but do hope that the staff demeanour improves a bit. Otherwise, definitely...

I met the owners at Bunnings over a fan purchase and promised I would drop in before I flew back to New York. (I am Australian). Popped in today New Years day after a walk and was glad I did. Atmosphere is light and airy, great clean colour scheme. The menu was extensive and they cater for gluten intolerant and can do for coeliac (but make sure you let them know) We had a couple coffees and 2 protein balls, they were lovely. The coffee was great my ice coffee was awesome as they made it in almond milk for me!!!!! I would give it four and a half stars but you cant half star. Highly recommend and now my mother in law knows it she will bring her sisters here for somewhere...

This morning my eldest daughter and I visited this Cafe called Ginger and Lime in Birkdale for breakfast. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it has a lovely atmosphere. Although when we visited at 9am it was very busy. There is plenty of parking off street in a group of shops. I had a gf brownie and an Earl Grey tea with milk. It was a little hard so next time I'll get them to warm it up a bit more. My daughter had the Acai jar with a chi tea latte. It was so great to be able to enjoy my visit with some gf options aswell being a Coeliac.

Had a great breakfast at Ginger & Lime with our party of three. We tried the Vege Bowl, Zucchini Fritters, French Toast, and a couple of cappuccinos plus a dirty chai – all were delicious and well worth the wait. The pay-at-table system was convenient, and the team was polite and friendly during food service. The cappuccino was excellent couldn’t fault it, and pricing felt reasonable. Looking forward to returning to try the G&L Breakfast! Definitely recommend this spot for a tasty and relaxed meal.

Eating breakfast at the ginger and lime cafe was a pleasant experience. The food was very simple but tasty, I got Scrambled eggs, bacon and avocado on a piece of sourdough bread. The food came out relatively quickly, and the atmosphere of the Cafe was great. It had an open-air type of layout with plenty of windows to see outside and enjoy the fresh air.
