Cold food, long waits, understaffed, wrong orders and dirty.
This place looks like the owner hasn't spent a single dime on his restaurant in years, I mean, it isn't ironic that the place looks like it was built in the 50s, it's so shabby and dirty looking. You always have to wait ages, either the crew is heavily understaffed, or management has given up entirely and can freely just run the business into the ground.
When you order through the drive-through expect to repeat your order multiple times, I must stress this because your order will most certainly be wrong, I can't even begin to explain how they get it wrong all the time.
They still serve people like it's the 90s or something but they only take one order at a time and serve one order at that same time. They have a second window but I've rarely ever seen them use it. This is one of the major reasons as to why there's long waiting times.
Customer service doesn't exist here, it's a place for high school kids to get their first real job, the people that train them are obviously themselves untrained or the owner/managers don't provide enough resources for adequate training.
Expect 'everything' to be broken.
Another cool trick they do is, if you order a meal that comes with chips and a burger, if the chips aren't cooked, they'll put down the chips, and whilst your burger is being made, they slide 2 ice cold slices of tomatoes on your burger and let it just sit there for 2-3 minutes until the chips are ready. As you expect, fresh chips and a depressingly cold sad burger.
When you receive your items, DOUBLE CHECK before you leave because they will forget sauces, napkins, nuggets, spoons and orders.

Read moreOrdered a whopper Junior with extra angry onions and one extra beef patty and some regular fries on the app went through the drive-through got my stuff, opened my burger and seen that my extra stuff wasn’t on there So I Walked back in to get my extra stuff and waited five minutes by the time my chips were cold in the car and when the lady handed me back my burger I asked if it was all there correctly and she replied. Yes when I got back to the car I had only got my extra onions but not my extra beef patty. I was furious at this point so I walked back in there for the 2nd time and asked them how hard it is to make a burger? so the manager grabbed it and walked to the back and asked one of the cooks to read the screen properly, and handed my burger back within 30 seconds. I didn’t want to look at it when I got back to the car in case they got it wrong again. If so, I was gonna be really upset and start throwing stuff In Hungry Jack’s so I got home opened up my burger and there was no lettuce also no fresh tomato. Wtf? Am i dreaming?…I am never ever going back there ever again they...
Read moreIt's common for orders to be made wrong in fast food. It's nothing out of the ordinary at alot of HJs and Maccas but this is the only HJs I've ever been to that adamantly blames you for their mistakes and errors and refuses to take accountability for the mistakes made by their staff. It's a weird experience to ask for separate orders and then when one of the orders is wrong (the young man I am a carer for) the manager actually yelled "well if you wanted your orders in separate bags you should have specified" as if the basic statement "can I make separate orders please" isn't enough direction. I understand fast food places do these things to save money over large periods of time but genuinely the manager at this store needs to go through basic training again. This is the first time I've seen such a huge escalation over trying to get the onionnrings instead of the chips which we paid .80 for and had the reciept. All in all this is such a small issue and should be resolved quickly and I hate that I'm even writing this review it's so basic. I'd recommend...
