KFC Caboolture City — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I moved to Caboolture approximately 3 months ago.This is now the 3rd time I've visited your restaurant only to have gotten home and not have the correct order I care for my 92 yr old grandmother and the only piece of chicken she eats is the thigh piece as the other cuts are far too dry for her. I generally order the 3 piece box if they can put at least 2 thighs in the box, if not I'm happy to buy the pieces separately Today we got a centre breast and 2 ribs, maybe you need to train your staff to what the different cuts are. I also get her a small coleslaw, my order is generally the original chicken fillet burger box. After checking with the operator about the cuts of chicken I was assured that I would get 2 thighs in my box so I didn't have to order separately When I got to window a young girl took my payment, handed me 1 can of Pepsi then slammed the window, I remained at the window as I thought she was getting the other can of drink and the coleslaw, when she returned to the window she opens it and says can you please move forward to the next window, my response, I'm waiting for my other cold items which she said oh I'll get them now Once again my grandmother never got chicken with her meal, the chips were there usual soggy chips, the only way I've had them from your restaurant whether we have got takeaway or dine in. I am very reluctant to use your restaurant...

Just got a family burger box meal. Got all the way home with it and it was cold (Bellmere/Wam) is not that far for how cold it was, as I was about to have a bite of my dry cold burger, I notice something grey and hairy in my food, closer inspection reveals a stringy long piece of something that looks like it is found in a vacuum or a dusty corner.. This is the second time I have found foreign objects in my food from this same store (last time it was a crushed fly) So with all that in mind you would think that the staff would be pretty apologetic? Well not at all, from how they acted it is obviously a common problem. Also the replacement meal they gave was also cold. On another note thank you for the wake up call, this is a good opportunely to be healthier, I rarely eat at this restaurant anyhow as the food is always too oily, or way too dry and very overpriced and finding disgusting things in your expensive unhealthy meal is a good reason...

The seating at the dining tables are all ripped the vinyl ones every single vinyl seat has rips in it it looks terrible the floors dirty the tables went clean properly I went into the restroom the toilet has a pipe that goes into the wall you could see pubic hairs and dust or on it the underside of the toilet seat was bright yellow stain it didn't want to flush properly the hand machine that you wash and wipe air dry your hands was the loudest that I have ever seen and there was no back baffle on it. All in all the store itself is ratty dirty and run down the staff were just staff nothing amazing the food was ok the chips weren't they were horrible but the Twister was really good and so were the burgers and you don't do soft serves or any type of thing like that...
