Do not go here!! Redlands Sea Chinese is one of the worst Chinese I have ever had. The food is heavily overcooked, dry and smells appalling. Honey chick: The chicken was clear, chewy and rubbery. Burnt batter. Rice: dull, overcooked, sticky, a mix of mush and dry rice. Sweet and sour pork: overly sauce with burnt sauce chunks, oily, the pork is so hard you can’t pick it up with a fork. Noodles: overcooked, terrible aftertaste, no flavour just oil. Beef and Black Bean: the vegetables are not fresh. It tastes like the worst store-bought sauce, tastes sour and the meat disintegrates in your mouth. All the food has been sitting there all day under dirty and kept heat lamps, as a result, all the food...

An excellent self-serve restaurant with great variety and low cost. The best Honey Chicken I have ever known, it makes me envious of the family recipe. Lovely owner treats regulars with bonus pieces of Chinese Crispy Fried Chicken - deliciously spiced with a light crunchy batter. Handmade spring rolls with delicious filling, and very cheap too. I recommend trying this place around 11:30 at the lunch rush, that's when I find it fresh from the wok. Late-comers will find low-price pre-made containers on display, a great way to sample a bit...

Happy & helpful staff but the food is a waste of money. Fried rice with lumps of uncombined boiled rice...Beef in Black bean sauce was just a black glutenous offering...Lemon Chicken and Sweet & Sour Pork were both over cooked, tough and chewy. We went once before and were disappointed but gave it another go, as we all have our off days. No improvement and a waste of time and money. There are much better options available elsewhere.
