The Coffee Club Café - Capalaba Central — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Usually we go to Redland Bay Coffee club and the staff there are amazing! Today I'm in Capalaba for work so decided to order breakfast on click and collect from Capalaba Coffee Club. I ordered a double chocolate frape and one of the options was cream.. it said to tick the box to add cream for no extra cost (I can't have cream so left this section blank and didn't tick the box). When I arrived in Coffee Club click and collect counter noone acknowledged that I was there, it wasn't busy either, there was about 4 staff around the counter but noone came to see if I was aright. Once my food was ready the girl brung it over didn't say Hi, my drink had cream so I said I didn't order cream which she said it automatically comes with it even tho I explained I didn't tick the box for cream so instead of making me a new drink she scrapes the cream off (a new drink should of been made not the cream just scooped out), walks back and puts it on the counter I then asked if it's ok to please grab a bag for my food as were walking back to work she grabs a bag plonks it on the bench and walks away without saying a word and didn't even place my food into the bag... I won't be back to this shop again, it isn't hard to be friendly to customers I work in customer service and was shocked at how I was treated. I did say before I Ieft some friendlyness in the morning...

Came here this morning for breakfast. Ordered the vegie brekkie or somthing and asked for it vegan. The guy who served me proceeded to ask how I'd like my eggs. Unsure of how to respond I just said vegan to which he replied "so no eggs". I then reiterated yes I'd like the vegan option like it said on the menu. He then looked at the menu and under his breath said "haven't heard of that before" I then asked for a frappe and decided to test my luck and ask if it could be made vegan as well. He went and grabbed a bottle of almond milk read it for a moment and then said "almond milk is plant based" which I just assumed ment yes they could make it vegan. When my food came out not only was there a side of butter but also 2 pieces of haloumi nestled in the salad. I had thought to inform the guy who's served me that no neither cheese or butter are vegan but figured I probably wouldn't get anywhere with that. I wouldn't complain but on-top of this the food is grossly over priced. $25 for a meal you could probably make at home for like $9 tops

*Edit My point here isn't to have ago at the guy either by the way it's coffee clubs fault for not training there staff properly and presumably not paying them...

Unfortunately I havae been there this morning and service was extremeliy poor. Not enough staff on to clean tables and deliver food to us. Lady Barista was not coping with the orders and my toasties came to table cold Our coffee never came with our meals, it came 35 mins after ordering and having to go up and ask for it. We had eaten our cold toasties and the one poor girl doing all the food to table delivery was run off her feet, not her fault. Service has declined over the past month each time I have been there sadly. I like my Club Membership but will have to find another Coffee Club Cafe now as this is not acceptable. We are one less in The Redlands area as Cleveland store has also closed. Come on Coffee Club, dont let this...
