I have been here several times, making the effort to order online ahead of time to save time so I can just come in and pick it up. despite the app telling me it is ready for collection, it never is when I arrive in store. Tonight I arrived, approached the “pick up” counter and was ignored by the two staff members preparing food for nearly 10minutes. After I was finally acknowledged, I was told that my order hadn’t even been made and it was going to be another 10minutes. This is entirely unacceptable and completely defeats the purpose of the app and online ordering. To make matters worse, after acknowledging that my order hadn’t been made, both staff members started serving other customers in line and making their meals. I would think if you had already missed an order and was late for that customer, it would be polite to immediately begin making the order that came in over 30min ago… overall I am very disappointed with this experience and it is not the first time. The food is amazing as always but the service is so poor I genuinely will reconsider returning as I’ve been burned...

I have been to this location three times and each visit was a waste of my time. We came back after about 3 months to see if it had gotten any better seeing as though they had just opened up when we first went. Service was not good. They were chatting and super unorganised we were in there for a good 20 minutes waiting for them to make our food. If I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to a proper sit down restaurant. One member of staff was nice and polite while the other younger girl was quite rude and less than enthusiastic. What happened to good customer service? The food was also terrible. My burrito had been folded the wrong way so the guacamole and sour cream was only at the bottom not throughout the whole burrito. For such a stuff around while ordering I was at least hoping the food would be decent.
