Honestly the worst experience I've ever had! Service is absolutely terrible, I fell over in the shop right at the counter where 2 girls were sitting and they pretended to not see me. Also when you stand in front of them at the counter to pay, they make you wait without saying anything (e.g. hold on a minute). Often you have to wait around for them to finish gossiping before they serve you even though you're the only person in the store. I've tried to order vegetables through them numerous times, they've never come through. As far as I can tell the only person who is actually helpful is the Australian man that possibly owns the store, he actually asks you questions and explains things. Furthermore, don't try the food/restaurant at the back, the day i went in the rice had been out for 3 days and the boss was reprimanding them. Have been there numerous times, seems like it just gets worse and worse each time. I'd rather drive 30-40 minutes to go to Sunnybank then go to this place. Would highly not recommend! Typical Filo Sari Sari store selling Filipino ingredients and food products. Do have some must have items like Knorr liquid seasoning, Mang Tomas, Mama Sita flavour sachets, bagoong etc and frozen and prepared food stuffs and bakery items, not cheap but seems prices have gone up everywhere. Have a kitchen out back that serves Filo and other dishes. My faves have been Adobo ng Pusit (just like dad makes) $18, Lechon Kawali $18 (about 12 medium pieces) and delicious spring rolls $2.50 each. The Bifsteak was good but dad makes it better but great to get your Filo dish fix when you’re craving it😋. They used to do banana turon which was fab but seems no more. Please bring back was soo good.

UPDATE April 2025 - Pork belly inihaw w rice is delicious $18, 7 spring rolls for $15, fresh caramelised...

Utterly disappointing.. rang previous day to see if they had a certain product, but when I got there I couldn't find the product. I asked staff 1 she said ask staff number 2, who had no idea what I was saying so she asked me to go to staff 3 who was already with a customer...after a Long wait staff number 3 said she had not heard of this, so I explained I had rung yesterday to ask and they told me its available. She then rings the owner and walked away to the staff area out the back to only bring me expired product. 😡 tried to sell me tofu which was out of date by a month. If only I was told the truth I wouldn't have made the trip up there and right this review which...
