Most staff are polite but food depends on the cook.

For the best part the staff are polite and nice to talk to except a couple of young staff that obviously don't want to be there. The price and range is fine and I have had some great meals but at the same time I've had some really bad ones. It seems it depends on who is cooking the food and what experience thay have working a fryer. It is very dissapointing to get home only to discover your chips are just cooked and the batter on your fish is soggy or your calamari is overcooked and tough. We ordered food from here and got it back home to eat it and we found hair in our food, it was in our fish and my kids potatoe scallops, I rang and told what I found they told me to bring the food back so I did and the manager was so rude to me and only refunded half my order!!! Also while working in the food industry your meant to keep your hair tied up if your a person with long hair, well this isn't the case, the people working there should have there hair tied up so this doesn't happen to...

Tried this place for the first time. The food was nice, but I was really disappointed with the portion sizes. "Family pack-6 pieces of fish" led me to thinking there were 6 whole pieces of cod (guy confirmed it was cod). When I got home, each piece was tiny, the size of a whiting.
