WoodyPoint Cafe 3Eightnine — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I can’t complain. The staffs are always doing their best service either over the counter or on the floor, meal has been excellent so far and so is the coffee. The coffee is always drinkable and it is that kind of coffee that will make you come back, set back enjoy the view right in front of you or otherwise, read the news paper that’s something many cafes no longer do. You have the option to either be seated indoor or outdoor under the umbrellas. This cafe is in front and at the ground floor of high rise building amongst other businesses next to it, toilets is outside/behind the cafe in the building. Indoor seating is a little tight for a wheelchair though outdoor is better choice for a quick access, Parking in the area but some are limited time up to 2 hours, I seen pets are allowed outdoor seating.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in and ordered a burger and a smoothie. I decided to sit outside as it seemed very muggy inside. Most of the tables outside hadn't been cleared/cleaned even though it was maybe only 1/3 capacity at the time. Eventually someone came to clear the tables but never wiped them clean as I could still see bits of food/salt on the table beside mine. Smoothie came fairly quickly, was ok quality as there was still some chunky mango bits so kept blocking the straw. There was only 2 other people sitting outside who arrived after me and they got their food while I was still waiting for mine. I checked my check-in app, and it had been over half an hour since I arrived so I went back in to see what was happening with my order. I spoke to another waitress that I was still waiting for my burger who told me they had already done that order?? After checking again, she realised they had made a mistake and that my order was never put through to the chef and so I had to wait another maybe 10 minutes before it...

I Had the smashed Avo feta salad with bacon absolutely brilliant, the salad mustard drizzle sauce was perfect and the bacon not cremated it was one of the best Avo Smashes I’ve had in awhile, the cafe was busy as it was a bank holiday Monday but service was great, I waited maybe 10 mins tops after I ordered to receiving my meal, the coffee I ordered went walk about’s as so many people where ordering coffee that was also wonderful tasting, I waited maybe 3 mins for my coffee after I asked where it was.

The Only negative was the tables weren’t cleaned all that quickly due to it been super busy, and people where hanging around waiting for a table or sitting at dirty ones waiting for them to be cleaned - staff were super friendly and price was also very good.
