Disappointment with walk-in customer service. Have used the drive thru previously and had no problems. This time I had to walk in for service due to a variety of reasons.
Felt totally put last as a valued customer. Was not acknowledged as I stood waiting to be served. Only client there at that point. By the time I got served there were two other customers standing behind me.
Served by young lady with a Moon Phase Tattoo on her forearm who was 'yelling' out to another worker about something. She smiled and asked for my order (at least I got a smile). Started giving my order and suddenly she starts yelling down the corridor at another worker. Honestly this is so unprofessional. I had no idea what she heard with my order and was totally disconcerted by this behaviour.
I understand it might be a very busy cafe but the unprofessional customer service leaves something to be desired.
Even though the young woman did not repeat my order back to me, instead taking my payment and very quickly without thanks or even a second glance hurried off down to the corridor (probably to yell at someone else), they still managed to get my very large and substantial order correct.

Read moreUnfortunately the serving times on drive through service are extremely slow. Today was the worst 25-30 minutes to get served at midday on a Saturday probably the busiest day of the week. No one in drive through was served for 20 minutes. If we could have left the queue we would have but couldn’t because we had cars behind and in front. People pulling up and going inside were served but not the drive through which should be quicker. No apologies no explanation from anyone.
