Went through the drive through today in Griffith, and ordered a regular classic half, when I got back to work to eat my lunch the box only had chips in it. I've called the store and I was brushed off and with a slightly annoyed tone told that the person who handed my food to me "Checked it and can assure me that it DEFINETLY had chicken in it." It did not, and I should know because I ate all the chips because I had no other food to eat, and I only have a half hour lunch break. Needless to say I'm not happy. Photo of the so called "Chicken" below.

Griffith red rooster is always tidy when we have been there, toilets could see a bit more cleanliness but tidy. The new spicy burger and hot honey chicken is a real step up. Hope they keep both on the menu.

Dont usually go to Red Rooster as the food quality and serving size is not good. But I thought what the hell I will try a Double Parmi burger as it looks good on the website, also ordered chicken loaded chips. Well I had to laugh when I opened the bag and saw the little box and shook my head even more when I saw the burger itself. ITS TINY!! its line a miniature burger! Fits in the palm of one hand and $10.99? If people actually would pay $11 for something like this and keep going back, you have rocks in your head. Also there should be double the amount of chips for $5. There are other problems with Red Rooster from this visit which I wont mention but it all comes down to $$ for them so it seems not quality of food and service. Small local take away shops have much better food, servings and service than this and I think if Red Rooster and these other chains wants to stay in existence in the future they are going to need to do something about there service to people and not just how much money they think they can...

My Daughter and i love this place. Staff go ubove and beyond to make shore the food is hot fresh and in the bag. I go here alot and have noticed all the positive changes to the staff, venue and the food menu has changed alot and its better and taster. They forgot something from my order one time and I didn't notice and before I even drove off They were at my windows full of apologies with my fresh hot food. It is a...
