Absolutely disgraceful customer service from ciao ragazzi. I preordered pizzas online for my mother to collect on her way home from work. She arrived paid for the pizzas (unknown that I’d already paid so they received over $150 from us) and left. I then receive a call from them telling me they have given her the wrong pizzas and to return to the store. She was already half way home at this point so she turned around to collect the correct pizzas and right around the corner from the store a lady pulled out in front of her and my mother was involved in a car accident. They offered a refund for the pizzas that mum paid for in the store which weren’t even ours. But not the $100 order we placed. Couldn’t have cared less about what had just happened, just wanted the other persons pizzas back. We’ve been going here since it opened but we will not be back and neither will many people we know. Could not be more disappointed...

In all my dealings with this pizzeria, the staff are amazing, helpful and happy. Cant recommend this place highly enough....
