I’ve been going to this truck regularly but unfortunately I had to stop going due to food hygiene and environment. I hope you will at least follow food safety guidelines and avoid licking your fingers to check taste of marinated chicken and using your same fingers to re-marinate. I would recommend you to use a spoon in place of fingers. It is disgusting to see such things. Also, please do not use plastic yogurt buckets to store hot tandoori chicken it’s absolutely not safe and do not wear gloves just for formality. After hearing mixed reviews , and noting that Fishtail curry house were the only truck open till late , we ordered some take away food . Environment surrounding the shop was poorly maintained. Over grown grass and dirty seating space . We ordered chow mein , momos , kebab , chicken fried rice. Everything was bland , no flavour . Chow mein was dunked in sauce and over cooked ( old ) chicken in the fried rice .
